Lens Options

  • Anti-reflective lenses help to improve night vision, reduces glare from computer monitors and fluorescent lights, oncoming headlights, and improves visibility in fog and rain.
  • Transitional lenses change clear lenses into sunglasses with exposure to sun light waves.
  • Hi-index lenses provide a thinner and lighter lens design for near-sighted and far-sighted prescriptions.
  • Progressive bifocals are no line bifocals that allow corrective vision for distance, computer range, and reading.
  • Polarized sun lenses increase contrast sensitivity and depth perception, decrease glare when driving, fishing, and being outdoors.
  • Polycarbonate lenses are 10 times more resistance to impacts that plastic lenses, are lightweight, and are recommended for children.
  • Computer lenses decrease eye strain when working on a computer and reading.

Ask us about transitional (photochromatic) lenses that automatically adjust to light and dark, high definition lenses and polarized lenses. For a demonstration of these lenses, click here.

Contact Lenses

We will give you a pair of trial contact lenses with your exam to assure you are happy with the prescription before ordering the lenses.

  • Bifocal contact lenses allow for distance and near correction.
  • Daily contact lenses are recommended for ocular allergies and dry eyes are worn for one day and then replaced.
  • Disposable soft contact lenses are worn for 2 or 4 weeks and then are replaced.
  • Gas permeable lenses are more rigid and ideal for a stronger prescription correction.

The contact lenses we offer are:

  • Biofinity
  • Air Optix
  • Proclear
  • Biofinity bifocals

We are able to order most other brands if requested.
