  2. Please bring a photo identification and your insurance card.
  3. Please bring a list of your concerns and we will be happy to address them.
  4. Please bring your current glasses and contact lens prescription.
  5. For a full eye exam, please plan to have your eyes dilated. Please arrange for someone to drive you home if you have previously had difficulty driving after an eye exam.
  6. Please allow time to look at our glasses selection after your exam.
  7. We will be happy to assist you with your insurance coverage.
